Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore seeks an experienced lead developer to design, build and support regulatory reporting solutions in the Risk domain, focusing on Basel credit and market risk.

You will act as a technical SME for Moody's RiskAuthority, manage end-to-end delivery, and mentor teams while collaborating with Risk, Finance and Infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of leading regulatory reporting projects in Basel credit risk, market risk or operational risk.
• Proficiency with Moody's RiskAuthority.
• Strong Oracle 12c/19c (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL) skills.
• Unix Shell Scripting on AIX/Linux.
• Experience with Control-M scheduling tool.
• Hands-on DevOps: Git, Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD for automation.
• Experience automating deployment of regulatory reporting apps.
• Data analytics and ETL development experience preferred.
• Must have worked in a financial institution with financial/accounting concepts.
• Ability to own end-to-end deliverables and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of regulatory reporting solutions in Risk domain.
• Act as the technical SME for Moody's/Regnology RiskAuthority implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting projects to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and releases.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
