LVL Music Academy is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of the music academy and instrument shop in Singapore. The role acts as the designated person-in-charge when management is unavailable and focuses on service delivery, operations, and team coordination.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in retail operations or customer service, with strong organisational skills, proficiency in WhatsApp and Excel, and a proactive, independent work style.
Are you highly organised, responsible, customer-focused, and confident in managing daily business operations independently?
LVL Music is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our established music academy and musical instrument shop. This is a pivotal position within our company. You will be trusted to take ownership of routine centre operations, coordinate with team members, and act as the primary person-in-charge when management is unavailable.
We value initiative, accountability, and a strong service mindset more than musical instrument knowledge.

Supplier Coordination: Manage incoming stock shipments, track supplier deliveries, and report any stock discrepancies to management.

Skills: Excellent organisational, multitasking, and system skills. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Excel, and computerised business systems.
Communication: Confident, professional, and friendly written and verbal communication style.
Mindset: A reliable team player who can work independently, take complete ownership of tasks, and make sound decisions without constant supervision.
Industry: Experience in a music school or retail hub is an advantage, but not essential.
Work Week: 5-day work week (44 hours total), inclusive of Saturdays and Sundays.
Rest Days: 2 rest days per week, generally scheduled on weekdays.
Growth: Professional, supportive environment with clear training and career development opportunities.
