Job summary

NUSANTARA PRIME CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to manage LIMS sample labeling, including creation and reconciliation of labels, in a cleanroom environment. The role requires attention to detail and a basic understanding of GMP.

Applicants should hold an ITE/Diploma in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering and be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required. The contract duration is 12 months, subject to performance-based renewal.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Basic GMP knowledge is required.
• Must be meticulous and a good team player.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Create lots and print LIMS sample labels
• Create, update, and print SRD labels
• Configure and print LIMS labels according to the sampling plan, track sample progress and results
• Reconciliation of unused LIMS sample labels
• Support for label usage life cycle
• Request, review and archival of BPRs and logbooks; compile, analyze and rectify GDP issues related to BPRs and logbooks
• Issue BPR review schedules; track corrective actions for BPR issues and perform trend analysis
• Retrieval and archival of logbooks to OPS
• Maintaining currency of controlled copy SOPs in the shopfloor
• Manage shift scheduling, track working hours, and calculate shift allowances
• Support urgent delivery of materials, documents, and tools within the workshop
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related field

• Office Hours. Able to support weekends & public holidays with make-up off days

Contract Duration: 12 months, subject to renewal based on performance.
