Key Responsibility Areas
- Casework and counselling
- Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.
- Keep track of rising trends and patterns, develop interventions and programmes within the organisation.
- Group Work/ Community Work
- Lead/ Co-lead group work to target client groups or other stakeholders/ agencies.
- Lead/ Co-lead initiatives on community development.
- Ensure programme outcomes are met.
- Supervision
- Provide supervision to at least 4 supervisees on casework and counselling.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director (Head of FSC).
Required qualifications and experience
- Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a Social Service Agency with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Current experience in Family Service Centre is an added advantage.
- Good report writing skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skill.
