Search Personnel Pte Ltd recruits for an Assistant Sales Manager – Cleanroom Equipment / Semiconductor in Jurong East to drive opportunities across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will manage the full sales cycle from registration through tender, build relationships with fab owners and contractors, and prepare technical submittals and commercial proposals.

The role requires an engineering degree, 6–10 years in HVAC/cleanroom sales, regional travel, and strong knowledge of FFUs and cleanroom standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/cleanroom equipment sales within semiconductor or high-tech fab projects.
• Knowledge of FFUs, HEPA/ULPA filtration and cleanroom standards.
• Ability to prepare technical submittals and compliance matrices.
• Existing relationships with cleanroom or M&E contractors in Singapore/Malaysia are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop new cleanroom equipment opportunities across semiconductor and high-tech fab projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle from project registration, tender and technical submittal through award and handover.
• Build relationships with fab owners, cleanroom contractors, M&E contractors and consultants.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance matrices, RFIs and approved-equal submissions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing and commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Support product trials, FAT/SAT, mock-ups and project coordination.
• Manage variation orders, claims, payment follow-up and account development.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, market intelligence and competitor analysis.

• Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Cleanroom Equipment / Semiconductor

• Location: Jurong East

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM

• Salary: Basic up to $6,000 + Commissions + Mobile Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• 6–10 years of HVAC, cleanroom or air-filtration equipment sales experience.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting semiconductor or high-tech fab projects.

• Good knowledge of FFUs, HEPA/ULPA filtration and cleanroom standards.

• Experience preparing technical submittals and compliance matrices.

• Existing relationships with cleanroom or M&E contractors in Singapore and Malaysia are advantageous.

• Strong technical-commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel regionally and possess a valid driving licence.
