Job summary

UNIQ SEARCH ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Sales Leadership lead for aesthetic services, treatment packages, and skincare products. You will drive targets, mentor branch teams, and enhance client conversion through consultative selling and detailed skin analyses.

You will oversee clinic front-desk operations, assist during procedures, and uphold service excellence to ensure long-term client retention across branches.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven sales and leadership experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness.
• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Leadership: Drive monthly and annual sales targets for aesthetic services, treatment packages, facial/slimming programs, and medical skincare products.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate sales consultants or branch teams to optimize conversion rates and hit branch-level or company-wide KPIs.
• Consultative Selling & Analyses: Perform detailed skin analyses, recommend personalized treatment plans, and handle high-value client consultations.
• Clinical & Front-Desk Oversight: Oversee daily clinic front-desk operations (patient registration, billing, scheduling, inventory) and assist doctors during clinical or non-invasive aesthetic procedures when needed.
• Brand Representation & Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, handle escalations, and foster long-term client retention.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of proven sales and leadership experience in the medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related business/healthcare field is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong track record in B2C/consultative sales, team leadership, interpersonal communication, and familiarity with clinic management software (such as Plato).
• Work Schedule: Flexibility to work retail/clinic hours, including weekends, depending on branch operations.
