THE DRX CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive clinic assistant to support doctors and front desk operations in a fast-paced aesthetics environment.

You will analyze customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and help manage inventory to ensure smooth daily operations. You will promote offerings, deliver warm, attentive service, handle bookings, assist in procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in aesthetics or related fields.
• Proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets by actively promoting aesthetic products and services to customers
• Provide professional analysis to recommend suitable aesthetic products and services based on customer needs
• Deliver warm, sincere, and attentive customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Assist doctors during procedures by preparing equipment and supporting clinical tasks as needed
• Perform front desk duties including checking in patients, answering calls, and managing appointment bookings efficiently
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders to maintain adequate supplies
• Maintain sanitized and organized workstations and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant work experience in aesthetics or related fields
• Proven sales track record
