AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Support Relationship Manager to assist in onboarding and reviewing high-net-worth clients, including Source of Wealth validation.

The role involves KYC/CDD, maintaining client records, and delivering strong service to enhance the client experience. You will provide market updates and support the execution of OTC and listed investment trades, while liaising daily with Product Development and Operations to prepare documentation and align on client

Responsibilities

• Support RMs in onboarding and reviewing HNW clients, incl. Source of Wealth documentation
• Conduct KYC/CDD processes, ensuring AML compliance
• Assist in periodic client reviews and maintain up-to-date client records
• Provide market updates and support execution of OTC and listed investment trades
• Liaise with Product Development, Operations, and other stakeholders daily
• Prepare sales documents, product agreements, and SLAs
• Deliver superior client service and support the overall client experience

Job description

• Support Relationship Managers in onboarding and reviewing HNW clients, including Source of Wealth (SOW) documentation

• Conduct KYC/CDD processes, ensuring full compliance with AML regulations and internal policies

• Assist in periodic client reviews and maintain up-to-date client records and transaction data

• Provide market updates and support execution of OTC and listed investment trades (FX, bonds, equities, funds, structured products)

• Liaise with Product Development, Operations, and other internal stakeholders on a daily basis

• Prepare sales documentation, product agreements, and service level agreements

• Deliver superior client service and support the overall client experience
