Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited in Singapore invites university graduates to join the ARM Development Programme, a 24-month pathway offering structured learning, rotational attachments and hands-on experience to prepare you for a client-facing wealth management career.

You will rotate across teams, receive mentoring from seasoned professionals and undertake targeted training to build essential client servicing skills and a solid understanding of private banking. Open to graduates with <1 year experience.

Job description

Designed for individuals aspiring to build a career in private banking, the ARM Development Programme offers a carefully curated 24-month pathway, consisting of structured learning, rotational attachments and hands‑on experience to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to succeed in the client‑facing wealth management role.

The ARM Development Programme is available in both our Singapore and Hong Kong offices, with priority consideration given to former Bank of Singapore interns.

Open to university graduates from any discipline with less than one year of full‑time work experience. Priority consideration will be given to former Bank of Singapore interns.
