Job summary

A leading global brokerage firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to manage high-net-worth client accounts. Responsibilities include account operations, client needs assessment, and coordination of internal resources for superior client servicing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese clients.

Our client, a leading global online brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account opening, deposit, withdrawal, account operations, and fee rate adjustment for high-net-worth clients.
  • Follow up and track the account transaction status of high-net-worth clients, receive and understand client needs, as well as identify clients' potential needs
  • Work closely and assist managers in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs.
  • Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
  • Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver superior client servicing experience
  • Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate should have the following
  • Passionate about client service with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds)
  • Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional communication attitude.
  • Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
  • A strong understanding of equities/bonds/futures etc. in the region
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise closely with Chinese stakeholders and clients based in China)
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, logical, strong data processing and analysis capabilities, as well as excellent multitasking skills.
