Job summary

CORTEN INTERIOR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support stone installation projects within our operations team in Singapore.

You will coordinate between clients, contractors, and installers, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality compliance, and prepare reports while reporting to the Operation Manager. This role offers exposure to hands-on project coordination, documentation, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Project/Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or interior solutions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site practices in Singapore is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report on site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes.
• Act as a liaison between Operation Manager, installers, and clients.
• Attend regular coordination meetings and resolve coordination issues promptly.
• Support quality checks and ensure installation meets design specifications.
• Assist in risk management and propose corrective actions when necessary.
