Job summary

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in project management or construction preferred.
• Good knowledge of BCA regulations, construction methods, contract administration, and WSH requirements.
• Experience in A&A, R&R, upgrading, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage building repair and maintenance projects, including tendering and cost control.
• Lead construction, upgrading, A&A, R&R, reroofing, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and timelines per contracts and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections, technical reviews, and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, BCA regulations, and WSH requirements.
• Review work programmes, method statements, variation orders and progress claims.
• Identify project risks and resolve site issues promptly.
• Manage contract administration, project documentation, reporting and submissions.
• Liaise with clients, Town Councils, consultants, contractors and authorities.
