THONG HUP GARDENS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead landscaping projects, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver on schedule. You will guide the site team, coordinate resources, and implement plans to meet client requirements.

You will monitor daily activities, provide staff performance feedback, and maintain a positive relations climate while enforcing company policies and service standards.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in horticulture, arboriculture or related field.
• Committed to work and proactive in approach.
• Independent and self-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Rain garden/ABC experience is a plus.

• Involved in Implementation of Landscaping works
• Facilitate technical guidance and support to the site team.
• Maintain quality of work and implementing project and deliver as per scheduled.
• Regularly monitor site's activities.
• Provide performance review for staff members.
