Job summary

You will liaise with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to drive progress and resolve issues. You will prepare clear status reports for executives and stakeholders, and develop realistic schedules while managing dependencies and resources.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent software.
• Experience in test planning, system implementation, installation coordination, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
