Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery in our Singapore office. You will ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related fields and 2–4 years of project management experience. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, and similar tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent software.
• Experience in test planning, system implementation, installation coordination, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
