Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of Data Centre and telecom projects, ensuring HSE, schedule, design, scope quality, stakeholders, process, risk, administration and cost targets are met.

You will lead planning sessions, establish schedules, manage risk registers, liaise with clients and consultants, supervise teams, and support procurement and contract administration to close projects in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience on Data Centre/Telecom projects.
• Understanding of modular construction is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional accreditation such as PMP, RICS, CIOB preferred.
• Ability to work independently and run construction meetings.
• Ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and administration using established work processes and quality management systems.
• Leading interactive planning sessions and establishing project schedules.
• Risk identification and establishing project risk register.
• Liaising with the client and stakeholders to ensure all client requirements related to the work packages are met.
• Managing all employees under your report to ensure they are working efficiently and completing tasks correctly.
• Assist in procurement/contract administration activities, including but not limited to preparing technical specification, reviewing, and analysing submissions, preparing reports, negotiating with tenderers/contractors, chairing and writing minutes, administering awarded contracts and closing final accounts for awarded contracts.
