Job summary

DAIYA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering landed residential construction projects from start to finish.

The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landed residential projects.
• Experience in Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination and site management.
• Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and managing construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress, programme and site activities to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving site issues, technical matters and coordination problems.
• Attend site meetings and prepare or follow up on action items.
