Job summary

Witflux Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Central Region team. The role focuses on delivering construction projects on time and within budget, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will develop detailed project plans, supervise teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and report progress to stakeholders. A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, with hands-on experience in regulated projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to develop and manage detailed plans, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including team supervision, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborating with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensuring adherence to safety, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving continuous optimisation.
