Job summary

WEE HUR CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced civil/structural engineer to assist the Project Manager by managing designated sections of the project and aligning with the master programme and client requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and owners, supervising subcontractors, implementing ISO quality and EHS procedures, controlling costs to stay within budget, and guiding the team toward timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling technical coordination and basement construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing sections of the project as assigned.
• Prepare detailed programmes and ensure tasks meet master programme timelines.
• Implement ISO quality, EHS, green procedures and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with authorities' requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate with consultants and owners on technical matters and shop drawings.
• Ensure subcontractors meet schedule and contractual requirements.
• Manage costs to stay below budget.
• Lead subordinates to follow work systems and teamwork.
