  • To assist the Project Manager in executing project plans, managing tasks, and ensuring goals are met.

  • Able to chair meeting/ discussions, presentation, PowerPoint, projects, excel.
  • Help plan projects, schedule resources (people, materials), organize meetings, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Handle invoices, estimates, documentation (filing, archiving), data entry, and basic office tasks.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance; prepare status reports for the PM and stakeholders.
  • Identify issues, research solutions, and help resolve challenges as they arise.
  • Assisting with cost tracking, preparing estimates, and managing project financials.
  • Assigning duties, checking on team progress, and facilitating communication between office and site.
