Job description

Position

• Position : Project Executive (Project Coordination / M&E / Lighting) – Up to $3,800 + AWS
• Location : Kaki Bukit (Between Ubi & Kaki Bukit MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3,800 + AWS + Bonus of Average 1-2 months + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Dental Benefits + Birthday Allowance
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare product samples, product information data and all related project material requirement operational support.
• Liaise with suppliers & customers and monitor materials and site delivery ordering is arranged in a timely manner so that projects are delivered on time.
• Attend site meetings where necessary to co-ordinate with consultants, developers and contractors and to understand project requirements.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment with a good ability to manage timelines and people.

Requirements

• Min. NTC2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Interior Design / Building Services / Architectural / Sustainability Design.
• Must have initiative; be able to think out of the box & enjoy working as a team and individually.
• Experience in project lighting industry or related M&E is a bonus, or events or project co-ordination work experience would be helpful.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
