Flex in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support fast-paced manufacturing teams in Kallang. You will drive delivery of customer orders, coordinate demand forecasts, and align production schedules with supply constraints.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive timely and accurate delivery of customer orders and meet service level commitments.
• Collaborate with customers to manage demand forecasts and align with production planning.
• Work with supply chain and manufacturing to optimize material availability and schedules.
• Monitor material availability and mitigate risks to readiness.
• Partner with manufacturing to align production with customer requirements and capacity.
• Identify cost recovery opportunities and manage internal absorption where appropriate.
• Align all stakeholders to daily operational goals.
