Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Flex policies and procedures.
• Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals to define time frames, resources, and staffing.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans.
• Drive projects with the Customer Focus Team to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement activities affecting timeline, cost, or production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
