Job summary

Academy Video Production Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage video and photo shoots, liaise with clients to capture goals and timelines, and ensure projects stay within budget. You will supervise creative direction, assign tasks by priority, and monitor crew responsiveness to deliver drafts and final files on schedule.

Hybrid or remote work setup is offered, with overseas travel up to five days as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience.
• Willing to travel overseas for up to 5 days.
• Good eye for photography and videography.
