Job summary

ACADEMY VIDEO PRODUCTIONS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a production coordinator with strong photography and videography sensibilities. You will plan and coordinate shoots, liaise with clients and sales, and monitor budgets to keep projects within limits. The role requires travel up to 5 days and timely delivery of final files.

Experience with MacOS, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Capcut and emerging AI tools is beneficial. A proactive communicator who can manage timelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in video/photo production.
• Willing to travel overseas for up to 5 days.
• Good eye for photography and videography.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects stay within cost and business expense limits.
• Ensure creative direction aligns with client expectations.
