Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Product Engineer (NPI) in Singapore. The role involves supporting new product activities, enhancing production processes, and ensuring product quality. Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering, at least one year of experience in manufacturing, and skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential. Eligible candidates will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a salary range of $2,800 – $3,500.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of production processes, quality control, or NPI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing product development activities.
• Assist in improving manufacturing and production processes for better efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and production operators to test and enhance products.
• Perform regular machine checks and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Inspect tools and equipment, and report any abnormalities or defects.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Support First Article (FA) builds and prepare related documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
