Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore is seeking an Assistant Process Engineer to analyze and optimize plant processes, support design and digitalization initiatives, and ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in process engineering or manufacturing, with knowledge of SCADA, PSM/HAZOP, and risk assessment. The role includes plant shutdown planning and collaboration with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in process engineering, plant operations or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing plant processes, including SCADA operations, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process design, optimization and workflow improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and support PSM and HAZOP studies.
• Monitor plant operations and maintenance processes to ensure smooth and reliable performance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot process and operational issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Develop best practices, operating procedures and work instructions to improve process performance and output quality.
• Support the implementation of new processes, procedures and digitalization initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing plant shutdowns, including coordination of resources, timelines and activities.

Assistant Process Engineer

5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Tuas - Company Transport Provided
Basic Salary: $3800 - $4200
Entitled to AWS & VB

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing plant processes, including SCADA operations, to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support process design, optimization and workflow improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
