Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in process engineering or lab operations preferred.
• Experience with spin coating or encapsulation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform encapsulation and support process development in lab.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage lab materials and inventory.
• Ensure lab safety, housekeeping, and waste management.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Train and guide junior staff as needed.
• Identify improvements to processes and safety.
