Job summary

CORTEN INTERIOR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support stone installation projects.

You will help manage planning, coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and ensure smooth communication and progress tracking. The role focuses on documentation, safety compliance, and reporting, with exposure to project management practices under the guidance of the Operation Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Project/Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or interior solutions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site practices in Singapore is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report on site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes.
• Act as a liaison between Operation Manager, installers, and clients.
• Attend regular coordination meetings and resolve coordination issues promptly.
• Support quality checks and ensure installation meets design specifications.
• Assist in risk management and propose corrective actions when necessary.
