Job summary

VIC Interior Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of interior fit-out, renovation and A&A projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in building or related discipline required.
• 2–3 years of relevant project/site experience in Singapore.
• Healthcare, hospital or institutional project experience is a plus.
• Ability to read architectural and M&E drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and scheduling software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate architectural, M&E and specialist subcontractor works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and site progress.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely material deliveries.
• Assist with cost evaluation and variation orders.
• Identify site issues and propose timely solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Manage smaller projects independently when required.
