Job summary

UNISEARCH SERVICES PTE. LTD. East Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our operations team. The role involves forecasting demand, planning production, and coordinating with project leaders and purchasing to align schedules with resources.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; local employees only. The successful candidate will monitor material availability, manage BOM changes, and prepare management reports to support timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Forecast planning for production.
• Plan and schedule production orders per demand and resources.
• Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners and Supervisors on prioritization according to delivery schedule.
• Manage materials, BOM and design change implementation.
• Confirm orders based on material and capability availability.
• Coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid excess stock.
• Monitor material availability to ensure production continuity.
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports for management and cross-functional teams.
• Close production orders promptly for invoicing.
• Provide timely data analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Forecast planning.
2. Plan and schedule production orders in accordance with demand and available resources.
3. Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners and Production Supervisors on work prioritization according to delivery schedule.
4. Responsible for material and production planning, requisition of materials and maintenance of BOM or design change implementation.
5. Responsible for order confirmation based on material and capability availability.
6. Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid building up of high stock inventory.
7. Monitor material availability for production continuity.
8. Periodically report: E&O, Buy-down claim.
9. Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.
10. Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports for management and cross-functional teams, providing timely data analysis to support decision-making.
