5G-Starlink Pte. invites applications for a Barista Supervisor role. The candidate will supervise Baristas, uphold quality, service, product and cleanliness standards, enforce SOPs, and ensure a profitable and reputable outlet across 24-hour stores.

Candidates should have 1 year of F&B experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• 1 year F&B experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work on both weekends plus Public Holidays, and committed to 24-hour rotating shifts (all stores are 24-hours).
• Eye for detail.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
