Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced hospitality leader to guide a luxury restaurant team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and flawless service standards.

You will oversee reservations, staffing, and daily operations, while collaborating with the Culinary and Sommelier teams. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, with at least two years in leadership roles within fine dining or upscale hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury venues.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience with Michelin-starred or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labour costs, revenue, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement and profitability.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or upscale hotels.

• Experience in Michelin-starred, award-winning or luxury hospitality is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Commercially aware operational and financial performance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
