Job description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Omni-Channel Manager to join a leading premium lifestyle brand in its growth journey across Southeast Asia. This role will play a pivotal part in driving e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting regional business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including order management, fulfilment, returns, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.) and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Manage and liaise with external vendors for e-commerce operations, digital marketing campaigns, and website maintenance.
  • Support content development for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand direction and customer engagement strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams on merchandising, customer service, finance, and legal matters.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring and recommend enhancements to optimize customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Team player with creativity, passion, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop will be an advantage.
