Job summary

ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD. is seeking a maintenance supervisor to ensure fleet availability and lead planned maintenance activities aboard vessels. You will troubleshoot systems, supervise maintenance work, and coordinate with suppliers and the Owner Rep as required.

The role requires a Diploma/NTC in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, solid knowledge of mechanical, engines and electrical principles, and the ability to work weekends or odd hours in the Brani area, with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NTC in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Engines and Electrical principles.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to work in Brani area, with company transport provided.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a maintenance team ensuring fleet availability for client.
• Manage planned maintenance activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting of systems onboard vessels.
• Supervise and guide workers in maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors when required.
• Coordinate with Owner Rep on issues pertaining to maintenance task.
• Any tasks as directed by Site Manager.
