Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly promotions and festive campaigns for the year.
• Support the team with campaign ideas, redemptions, events, and activities.
• Keep track of timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Organise and run promotional events and activations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for event setup and tear-down.
• Be on-site when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor deadlines and collaborate with advertising/digital teams for postings.
• Handle licenses for promotions (e.g., lucky draw/ORBA/SCDF).
• Check collaterals, posters, signages and social media content.
• Manage temp staff for campaigns and redemptions.
• Handle PR tasks: press inquiries, content, media kits, RSVPs, goodie bags.
• Collaborate with brands, hotels, partners for promotions and events.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze results.

Assistant Marketing Executive

Interested in making promotions, creating events, sourcing gifts/prizes, andcoming up with new ideas?

Join our Promotions Team and get hands-on experience in creating campaigns and events that customers can see, enjoy, and remember.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute monthly promotions and festive campaigns for the year.
• Support the team with campaign ideas, redemptions, events, and activities.
• Keep track of timelines and make sure things get done on time.
• Organise and run promotional events and activations.
• Work with suppliers and contractors for event set-up and tear-down.
• Be on-site when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Follow-through closely for all promotion activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising/digital team for advertisements and collaterals/social media posting
• Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities for lucky draw/ORBA/SCDF etc.
• Check collaterals, communications poster, signages and social media posting
• Manage temp staff for campaigns and redemptions

PR

• Handle Press enquiries
• Prepare content, media kits, manage invitations/rsvp, and goodie bags.
• Work with KOLs, influencers, bloggers, and Main media for selected campaigns.

Partners &Collaborations

• Work with brands, hotels, tourist partners, sponsors, and other businesses.
• Find interesting collaboration opportunities and promotional partners. (example: Orchard Road Business association, Singapore Retail association, Charity organisations, Orchard Road hotel partners etc)

Track & Improve

• Prepare post event reports after campaigns and events.
• Check campaign results and share ideas on how we can do better.
