Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) invites applications for a recruitment coordinator role to support the talent acquisition lifecycle across sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

You will coordinate assessments, engage hiring managers, maintain recruitment records, and drive process improvements through digitalisation and automation, while supporting campus recruitment activities and outreach events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR or related discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations would be advantageous.
• Strong interest in leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance HR operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP and PivotTables would be advantageous).
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Undertake other duties as assigned.

About CSA

Established on 1 April 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) provides dedicated and centralised oversight of Singapore's national cyber security functions. It is the national body overseeing cybersecurity strategy, operation, education and outreach and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information.
