The Strategy, Planning and Analytics team (SPA) oversees SGN’s corporate strategy, work planning and data analytics functions. As an Assistant Manager (SPA), you will collaborate with the broader SGN team to develop and implement SGN's strategies for community building and diaspora engagement. You will partner with stakeholders to steer the creation of workplans to achieve SGN's objectives, as well as track corporate KPI performance. Through ongoing research and analysis, you'll stay ahead of trends that can benefit SGN.
A university degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may apply. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sense of complex or ambiguous issues. Intellectually curious and able to research unfamiliar subjects, synthesise information and develop clear perspectives. Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data. Strong proficiency in Excel is expected; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Python or other analytics tools would be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear presentations and recommendations. High sense of agency, responsibility and ownership, with the ability to independently manage defined workstreams. Collaborative, with good stakeholder and project management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority. Detail-oriented while retaining sight of the broader strategic objective.
