Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a Product Development liaison to bridge Business and IT for delivery of product, fund, and marketing initiatives in Singapore. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, support implementation, and proactively manage delivery risks.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyse requirements, facilitate sessions, and maintain project documentation to ensure aligned outcomes and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, IT or related disciplines.
• Have at least 2 years in life insurance domain, preferably with a background as a Business Analyst or exposure to insurance operations.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Well organised, with positive can-do attitude and ability to meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse and validate business requirements for product backlog.
• Support the assessment of business impacts arising from changes in requirements or process rules, application enhancement and recommend workable options to address business needs.
• Schedule and facilitate requirement clarification sessions between Business and IT stakeholders; and seek alignment on the requirement expectation and outcome.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation which is specific and necessary for the targeted product launch or product related initiatives.
• Follow through the delivery of the prioritized business requirements and ensure the product can be successfully delivered with minimal risk exposure to the business operations.
• Support and contribute to team-driven AI initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools and practices to enhance requirement management efficiency and delivery outcomes.
