Job summary

Manulife Insurance Malaysia in Singapore is seeking a self-motivated operations professional to help day‑to‑day activities run smoothly and efficiently. The role focuses on managing new business, inquiries, adviser support and post‑sales servicing with emphasis on timely and accurate resolution.

You will oversee transaction processing, SOPs, documentation, and coordinate with internal and offshore teams to support regulatory/compliance activities and drive process improvements to strengthen

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant operations experience.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

  • Oversee transaction processing, submissions, fund switches, reconciliations and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain SOPs, workflow documents, trackers and audit‑readiness records.
  • Coordinate facilities, events and business continuity activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, offshore/vendor teams, providers and advisers to resolve operational matters and monitor service delivery.
  • Support regulatory, compliance and audit activities, including evidence collation and added controls.
  • Support process reviews, digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement to streamline processes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a self‑motivated and experienced individuals to join our team to ensure our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and efficiently

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage new business, operational queries, adviser support and post‑sales servicing matters to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Oversee transaction processing, submissions, fund switches, reconciliations and follow‑up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, trackers and operational records to support audit readiness and business continuity.
  • Coordinate office management and administrative activities, including facilities, site coordination, events support and business continuity arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, offshore/vendor teams, providers and advisers to resolve operational matters and monitor service delivery.
  • Support regulatory, compliance and audit activities, including evidence collation, process checks, follow‑up actions and implementation of agreed controls.
  • Support process reviews, digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement activities to streamline existing processes and strengthen controls.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications preferred.
