Job summary

Oz Aesthetic Medspa, a Korean-inspired clinic in Singapore, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and team performance. Promotion to Medspa Manager is considered after 12 months based on performance.

You’ll oversee floor operations, staff motivation, and patient experience while collaborating with the Sales Manager on packages. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in aesthetics or premium wellness, leadership exposure, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in aesthetics, medspa, beauty or premium wellness.
• Experience supervising or leading others, even informally.
• Clear and calm communication; confirm understanding before acting.
• Fair, consistent, approachable with high standards, no shouting.
• Organised and comfortable with booking systems and basic reports.
• Certification in aesthetics/beauty therapy is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run the medspa floor daily: rosters, treatment-room readiness, appointment flow and patient experience.
• Lead, support and motivate a team of aesthetic therapists.
• Hold daily team huddles and regular one-to-ones to align expectations.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage stock, consumables, equipment upkeep and hygiene standards.
• Work with the Sales Manager on treatment packages and conversion.
• Support treatments on the floor when needed; main role is leading the team.
• Report weekly to the Medspa Director on team, patient and operational matters.

Oz Aesthetic Medspa is a Korean-inspired medspa at TripleOne Somerset. We're part of the Ozhean Group, which runs 16 aesthetic centres across Singapore, Malaysia and Korea. Our sister clinic next door, Ozhean Zoey Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, has received a Merz award three years running.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our medspa team day to day. You'll be considered for promotion to Medspa Manager after 12 months, based on your performance.

What you'll do

• Run the medspa floor daily: rosters, treatment-room readiness, appointment flow and patient experience

• Lead, support and motivate a team of aesthetic therapists

• Hold daily team huddles and regular one-to-ones so everyone knows what's expected and feels heard

• Handle patient feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Manage stock, consumables, equipment upkeep and hygiene standards

• Work with our Sales Manager on treatment packages and conversion

• Support treatments on the floor when needed. Your main role is leading the team.

• Report weekly to the Medspa Director on team, patient and operational matters

You'll do well here if you

• Have at least 2 years' experience in aesthetics, medspa, beauty or premium wellness
