Job summary

NVPC in Singapore is seeking a skilled Partnership and Relationship Management professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on growing donors and volunteers for the giving.sg platform through strategic partnerships and data-driven insights.

You will identify new partnership models, analyze market opportunities, and translate insights into scalable initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or stakeholder management
• Experience growing and managing strategic partnerships or accounts with measurable outcomes such as platform adoption, user acquisition, engagement, or growth impact
• Experience developing partnership strategies and growth plans informed by market, partner, and user insights
• Comfortable working with commercial, operational, and performance data to assess opportunities, monitor results, and refine business and go-to-market strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines independently
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills, with confidence engaging both internal and external partners

The Segments and Market Development team, is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Partnership and Relationship Management individual to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work on the national donation and volunteering platform, giving.sg that enables the giving of time, skills, money, voice and networks to address needs in the community. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, support business strategies, and optimize processes.

The role is responsible for identifying and securing partnerships that will help to grow new donors and volunteers for the giving.sg. In essence, the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the business growth through the growth of channel partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & Market Development

• Identify and develop new partnership models, channels, and growth opportunities that support the increase of donors and volunteers on giving.sg

• Conduct market and partner analysis to understand ecosystem gaps, user needs, and growth levers
• Translate insights into clear partnership strategies, pilots, and scalable initiatives

Data, Insights & Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyse partnership performance using data (e.g. adoption, engagement, conversion)
• Develop insights and recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and inform broader business strategies

• Evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels, partner activations, and campaign formats, and identify optimisation opportunities
• Support experimentation (e.g. A/B testing of messages, formats, or partner approaches) to refine audience targeting and positioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications team to support partnership initiatives, e.g. campaign activations on social media platforms
• Work with Customer Experience & Fulfilment and Digital Innovation teams to surface user insights that inform feature development and platform enhancements
• Surface early-stage user insights (e.g. motivations, barriers, engagement triggers) to inform journey design, feature development, and platform enhancements on giving.sg.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or stakeholder management roles, preferably in consumer-facing, platform, digital, or ecosystem-based environments
• Strong track record of growing and managing strategic partnerships or accounts, delivering measurable outcomes such as platform adoption, user acquisition, engagement, or growth impact
• Experience developing partnership strategies and growth plans informed by market, partner, and user insights
• Comfortable working with commercial, operational, and performance data to assess opportunities, monitor results, and refine business and go-to-market strategies
