Defence Collective Singapore Ltd is seeking a Programs Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programmes and events, from conceptualisation to execution. The Programmes Assistant Manager/Manager is part of Defence Collective Singapore (DCS)’s Programmes and Education Division, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of programmes and events, from strategic conceptualisation and development to execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. These programmes are designed to engage targeted audience segments, enhance awareness, drive visitorship to DCS managed entities, and support outreach efforts aligned with Singapore Story and National Education objectives.
The successful candidate will report to a Head, School Programmes and will play a key role in driving programme excellence, stakeholder management, and operational delivery.
Develop and deliver innovative programmes, campaigns, and events for diverse audience segments across different school levels, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, National Education outcomes, curriculum requirements, branding, and emerging trends.
Manage the full programme lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, execution, and evaluation.
Lead multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to develop customised programme solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support engagement and repeat participation.
Manage vendors, facilitators, service providers, procurement processes, contracts, and manpower resources.
Oversee end-to-end operational planning and on-site execution of programmes and events.
Coordinate logistics, resources, venue setup, materials, and contingency plans to ensure seamless programme delivery.
Facilitate programmes and deliver engaging participant experiences that meet learning and engagement objectives.
Monitor programme performance, participant feedback, and key engagement metrics; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process enhancements, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Lead assigned projects, support team members, contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, and undertake ad‑hoc responsibilities as required.
Undertake additional responsibilities, special projects, or organisational initiatives as assigned from time to time.
Diploma or Degree in Education, Events Management, Museum Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in programme management, event planning, education, outreach, facilitation, or related fields.
Strong project management, organisational, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Gen AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).
Familiarity with survey, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets).
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, including flexible hours when required.
