What you will be working on:
- Design and deliver programmes that engage preschool-aged children and their parents in sport.
- Work with partners to create evidence‑based, impactful experiences for families and communities.
- Identify and engage stakeholders and like‑minded organisations aligned with SportSG’s Preschool and Parent Programme Development mission.
- Co‑create programmes and initiatives with partners, incorporating SportSG’s design principles to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Oversee end‑to‑end programme development and operations, ensuring seamless delivery and high participant satisfaction.
- Amplify outreach efforts through engagement sessions, roadshows, and communications campaigns.
- Contribute to integrated marketing communications, covering online and offline branding, publicity, and outreach efforts for Nurture Kids/Preschool initiatives and the Active Parents movement.
- Evaluate outreach initiatives regularly and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness and reach.
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of proven experience and/or a strong track record.
- Experience in event or project management, preferably in sport, health or community‑related fields.
- Experience in programme design, outreach initiatives and managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programmes and initiatives.
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns with both online and offline deliverables.
- Digital content planning and creation, including copywriting, editing and social media content (a portfolio will be requested).
- Familiarity with the early childhood or family wellness landscape in Singapore.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to independently produce effective communications and marketing materials.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in artwork/infographic design and video filming/editing for socials.
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3‑year contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
