Job summary

House of Leila, a vibrant restaurant and bar, is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations and uphold service standards, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

You will supervise service staff, coordinate openings and closings, manage staff shifts, handle guest inquiries and service recovery, monitor stock and assist with purchasing, promotions and events, and lead short training sessions to boost performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead a team and work independently.
• Hands-on, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
