Job summary

business edge personnel services pte ltd is seeking an experienced EUSS Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities of the contracted team across helpdesk, device provisioning, asset management, software deployment, and user access management at Pasir Panjang Road. You will monitor ticket queues, review resolution quality, and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLAs.

Job description

Job Scope:

• oversee and supervisor the day-to-day operations of the EUSS contracted team across all EUC functions, including helpdesk support, device provisioning and asset management, software and patch deployment, and user account and access management.
• monitor ticket queues, review resolution quality, and ensure that incidents and service requests are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.
• where service standards are not met, the officer will work with the EUSS team to implement corrective actions and elevate issues, as necessary.
• will also track the EUSS team's performance against agreed KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management's review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with End Users' Computing
• Project management skills with strong operational awareness
• Understanding of public sector environment and processes
• A team player with the ability to work independently with strong operational awareness
• Have strong follow-through skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to hold vendors accountable to their contractual obligations

Contract Period: 1-year
