Job summary

Harold Express is seeking an Assistant Manager, Commercial Finance & Finance Business Partner to support Singapore and export markets. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive profitability through robust FP&A, budgeting, and financial oversight.

The role requires FMCG commercial finance experience, a degree in finance or accounting, 6–9 years in related fields, advanced Excel and SAP skills, and strong stakeholder management across countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• FMCG commercial finance experience is essential, especially in trade spend, channel P&Ls, distributor margins, pricing and promotional ROI.
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner commercial teams to drive business performance and profitability.
• Lead P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reviews.
• Analyse pricing, trade spend, promotional ROI, customer profitability and distributor performance.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and develop business cases for commercial initiatives.
• Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, tax compliance and audit coordination with an overseas finance team.
• Improve financial reporting, dashboards and processes using SAP and advanced Excel.
