Job summary

JTC Corporation in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities for energy and chemicals clients. You will manage leases and support operations, building strong partnerships with customers and understanding industry needs.

You will contribute to a wide range of activities from lease management and marketing strategy to budgeting, policy reviews and estate maintenance, while engaging communities and driving Singapore's economic growth.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Keen interest in the Real Estate industry, engaging with companies/industrialists and contributing to Singapore's growth.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.

Job description

[What the role is]

You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of companies from the energy and chemicals cluster.

[What you will be working on]

You will manage customer leases and provide support to our energy and chemicals customers' operations within these facilities. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs.

You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including lease or tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, buildings and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies.

Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.

• Preferably background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
• Keen interest in the Real Estate industry, engaging and supporting companies/industrialists and desire to contribute to Singapore's economic growth
