About the job Associate Director, Corporate Communications

Our client is in search of an Associate Director to oversee the delivery of exceptional client services and lead a team of consultants providing counsel to our expanding portfolio of corporate communications clients, mainly consisting of financial institutions and multinational corporations. This role offers a platform for advancing your career within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We're seeking someone who embodies:

• Outstanding client service skills, with a proven track record of catering to MNC clients, including financial institutions.
• The ability to craft strategic communication programs and proposals for both existing and potential clients.
• A drive to mentor and guide consultants in delivering high-quality client service and fostering their own professional growth.
• A proactive approach to spotting new business opportunities and playing a leading role in proposal creation and pitches.
• A comprehensive grasp of the local and global media landscape in Singapore.Solid experience in media pitching, coupled with a keen interest in cultivating media relations.
• A comfort level with conducting research, drafting and editing news releases, factsheets, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, and other pertinent communication materials.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree complemented by a minimum of 8 years of pertinent work experience, preferably within a PR consultancy or an in-house role.
• Individuals with backgrounds in other relevant fields such as journalism or finance will be given preference.
