Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is partnering with a transport operator in Singapore to recruit a Communications & Customer Experience professional.

You will lead content creation for the staff app and digital displays, collaborate with developers on the staff app, and draft leadership communications including MD updates and speeches. You will translate operational updates into clear, employee-friendly messaging, manage agency partners for social media, and contribute to service announcements,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, PR or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Agency management experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is a plus.
